    Overview

    Bridge cranes are mainly composed of main beam, end beams, electric hoist and electrical systems.
    1.Main beam
    Our company use Q235B Mn carbon structural steel with seamless once forming technology more strong and elegant. The main weld with submerged arc welding, non-destructive testing, after  welding the whole beam shot blasting.
    2. End beams
    The structure of the end beam is made of rectangular steel pipe or steel plate. The main beam and the end beam are connected with high strength bolts to ensure the accuracy and smooth running of the whole machine
    3. Single girder crane electric hoist
    Electric hoist has single speed CD type and double speed MD type to choose. 
    The motor brand is Nanjing special Tapered rotor brake motor, lowering noise, saving cost for spare parts and improve the work efficiency. The reducer gear material is 45 steel forging, more durable. The wire reel is designed with a closed flange to prevent the rope from being stuck
    4.electrical systems
    The power supply is in the form of a trolley wire, The vehicle is equipped with aviation plugs, the scene without wiring.
